This is my first ride in two years on my old route since they started bridge replacement. Here are some of the things I saw.
Here’s one for you Austin
Some get annoyed when a train comes. Not me. I like to count the cars. This one only had ten!
This couple pulled out of their drive in front of me at the beginning of my ride. A real treat. I was jealous.
I hear some of you like campers. This one looks vintage and is in good shape.
I’ve photographed this truck before, but it’s been a while. Good to see it’s still there, like an old friend.
There’s a story here...

Normally don’t mind trains when I’m out riding by myself. Just make sure I stop a good 75' back so I can take in the scenery without as many possibilities of getting injured.

GIB Thunderbirb! Also, that 30's car is nice... I wouldn’t mind one of those.

I sometimes like to imagine myself riding to who knows where on different cars and decide which one would be best.

Train up your daughter and get one of her national caliber teammates to join you two on a cross state adventure.
Example image would need to be heavily modified, but you get the point. Dad runs the cooler dispensing bottles and calories while taking in the countryside. Nice big fairing up front, aero tail structure, exceptionally good bearings and surface coating on wheels. Once you got up to speed would be enjoyable for everyone involved.

Perhaps a bit too expansive derivative of my own yearning.
